What is an ECU Remap?
An ECU Remap is a re-flash of the engine management system which installs new software to change the operating parameters of the engine. An ECU Remap will alter parameters including throttle position, Fuel duration, boost pressures, torque limiters, boost limiters, fuel pressure limiters, lambda correction and many more.
Benefits of ECU Remapping/Tuning
Remapping your ECU will not only improve the power and torque figures of your vehicle, but it will also sharpen the throttle response and widen the power-band. The vehicle's power output is restricted by the manufacturer for no other reason than to ensure that the vehicle fits into a class to suit fleet buyers. As a driving enthusiast, you do not need or want such restrictions placed upon your vehicles ECU and its performance, therefore, you can benefit from the hidden power and torque locked away within your engine management system.
Another benefit of getting your ECU remapped would be a reduction in fuel consumption. With the extra torque especially at the bottom of the rev range, you will see a fuel-saving as it will require less throttle input to maintain motorway speeds, you will be able to drive in a higher gear at a slower speed.

Diesel Particular Filter is a component that can be very costly if it starts to fail. They decrease MPG while trying to regenerate, and when blocked can cause a lot of issues.

Start - Stop Delete

By changing the coding inside the ECU we can fully deactivate the start/stop system. All hardware can remain in place, it will simply be electronically disabled, giving you back full control of your engine.
DTC's Removal
Permanently removing fault codes from the engine management system is a very useful process when modifying a vehicle.
Removing components such as swirl flaps, O2 Sensors, MAF, ADblue and other modules for purpose of performance modification or motorsport will often cause a fault code to be stored in the ECU memory along with lights on the dash and limp mode
